RECORD研究设计
在进行全髋关节置换术(THR)或全膝关节置换术(TKR)患者中,比较拜瑞妥(一日一次,每日一片)与依诺肝素(皮下注射,一日一次)预防VTE的疗效和安全性。除了RECORD2以外,每个RECORD试验所用的拜瑞妥和依诺肝素的疗程都相同,而RECORD2则是比较拜瑞妥延长疗程治疗与依诺肝素短期疗程治疗的差异。2, 3, 4, 10

•由近端DVT、非致死性PE以及VTE相关死亡构成的复合终点的发生率
